We have never had a better tiramisu and the ice creams are very creative and really tasty, the owner and staff are all very friendly and funny, you feel welcome and everything tastes good. You can tell that the whole thing is done with love here.

Directly opposite is the spa park which invites you to take a leisurely stroll. The final stop with the Bad Herrenalb tram is less than three minutes away from Cafe Paradiso. The cafe is very family-friendly. If you want to slow down from everyday life, this is the right place for you. Nothing for us. The ventilation grille on the cooling is broken. The boss washes the dishes by hand and we didn't see a water change. Not great. The ice cream tastes good.

Best ice cream far and wide, delicious cakes and coffee - for me a great café. The owner is always friendly, she spreads a good mood and she does all the tasty things herself. You always feel welcome, and that is important to me. I also think it's good that, thanks to the location near the train station, you can also go there by bus or train. Or when you come home you can still eat and drink or get an ice cream on your hand (dangerous for the more or less slim line, hihi, especially my beloved hazelnut, coconut and yoghurt ice cream with the fine fruits in it, that is to kneel down).

Very tasty café and cake. I was here with my wife and it was very, very nice. Bad Herrenalb is a very, very nice place where my partner and I enjoyed a very good cake, café and ice cream. Then we got an espresso on the house. That's what I call real hospitality. We are now regular customers and are very happy to come here. We recommend everyone in our family and friends of yours. Ice cream is good. However, the lady in the "Service" should rethink her choice of profession. Rude, actually outrageous. Answer: Hello Paradiso. Service certainly doesn't have to put up with everything. The "guest" definitely not ...: We were polite and friendly, both when queuing, as well as when ordering and paying. When we wanted to eat our ice cream on your seats, the waitress asked us without hesitation or a form of greeting whether we had ordered "to take away". The answer was of course "no." Because we were not asked about it. Would have been tolerable in itself and we would certainly have complied with a polite request, even though there were still enough places available ... But then to immediately present ourselves as a liar is the second cry into the forest, which is not in order. The third one, when we sent it away, to tell us that we were outrageous because "just like that" we sat in front of your café with an ice cream that we bought from you ...

I'm still a little amazed at what I've just experienced here - got ice cream to take away, was not greeted, but okay, the young woman behind the counter also seemed a bit stressed, paid, while the other, older waitress starts with the to scold younger people about anything. I didn't want to interrupt and without a word I took my ice cream and left. The older one calls me so irritably and sarcastically, "Have a nice afternoon!" Freundlich is really different ... However, ice cream was okay.

We had 4 different types and they were all great - chocolate and black currant even better. The friendly, cheerful owner felt that she had something to tell about each ice cream and obviously produced it herself. From now on a mandatory appointment when we are nearby!
